Our refund and returns policy lasts an hour after delivery. If an hour has passed since the delivery, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, the package must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Exchange on wrong order delivery:

I. We only replace packages for wrong order delivery.

II. The vendor will cover the delivery cost.

III. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged package to reach you may vary (thirty minutes maximum).

There are certain situations where exchanges won’t be granted:

I. Any package not in its original condition and packaging for reasons not due to our error.

II. Any package that is returned more than an hour after delivery.

Issues with online payment:

If your transaction wasn’t approved and you were debited, please contact your bank for a refund.

In cases of debit without credit due to network issues on our site, please send us an email at [email protected] Once your mail is received, you will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days (maximum of three working days).

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
